2nd October: Provincial Grand Chapter Tribute

For the first time, the Provincial Grand Chapter of Essex was held at Chingford Masonic Hall on Friday, the 2nd of October. 

A tribute video to the late Most Excellent Grand Superintendent Rodney Lister Bass OBE, was played at the meeting.
